Our daycare centre in Oakville- Iroquois provides a Play-based and Montessori program. SimplySmart Child Care Centre & Montessori creates a fun program and environment for children in our infant, toddler, preschool, and kindergarten programs. The Montessori program is run by MACTE qualified teachers, while the play-based program is run by Registered ECE teachers. This daycare and Montessori facility has 8 classrooms and 3 playgrounds and is beautifully constructed to accommodate the needs of children.
Our CASA program (30 months to 6 years) is based on the curriculum developed by Maria Montessori and not only focuses on academic learning but also allows the children to expand their minds in two other academic areas of practical life and sensorial.
At our Play-based daycare & Montessori programs our Teachers interact, observe and support children’s learning and plan activities to expand your child’s development opportunities. Our curriculum is designed to foster a love of holistic learning and the ability to ask questions, seek out answers and build self-confidence. Parents not only have access to their child’s classroom via live streaming but also have access to our proprietary SimplySmart Connect App to receive daily updates regarding their child on their cell phones.

Hi, my name is Nichole Folino & I have been in the childcare industry since 2002.
I have always had a love for children and at a very young age developed a passion for wanting to be a part of something bigger. I started working in a classroom directly with the children and had so much joy watching them grow, knowing I was a part of this. I moved up to a Site Director’s position and found a new love. The love of empowering and supporting the educators that work with me.
As a Site Director I am able to take my skills and support more educators on their way to success. Why I love childcare is because it helps children develop, make friends and become independent. Childcare gives young children the foundation needed to grow up to be successful later in life. It teaches them the fundamentals to become well-rounded individuals.
