About the Centre
SimplySmart – Mississauga is a Montessori childcare. We offer Montessori and play-based programs to make it easier for parents who are looking for a Montessori program but want the convenience of the school open throughout the year.
This was our first daycare location and has been operating since September 2012.
Conveniently located right next to Highway 401 in Meadowvale, it is at 6745 Century Avenue, Mississauga. SimplySmart childcare centre provides Infant, Toddler, Preschool and CASA program.
SimplySmart-Mississauga is a beautiful 10000 sq. ft facility with open spaces for children to learn and thrive in. With a license for 135 children it offers, infant, toddler, preschool/CASA programs for children aged 6 months to 5 years of age. We have 3 playgrounds and 8 classrooms at this Childcare and Montessori school to accommodate all age groups comfortably.

“My name is Nichole Folino & I have been in the childcare industry since 2002. I have always had a love for children and at a very young age developed a passion for wanting to be a part of something bigger. I started working in a classroom directly with the children and had so much joy watching them grow, knowing I was a part of this. I moved up to a Site Director’s position and found a new love. The love of empowering and supporting the educators that work with me. As a Site Director & an Area Manager now I am able to take my skills and support more educators on their way to success. Why I love childcare is because it helps children develop, make friends and become independent. Childcare gives young children the foundation needed to grow up to be successful later in life. It teaches them the fundamentals to become well-rounded individuals.”

I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in the year 2000 with a focus in educational psychology and child development. I have over 10 years of experience working with children, both in a home and a daycare setting. I believe, as an educator, it is important to view the whole child thus enabling them to grow, learn, and explore the world at his or her own level allowing them to reach their fullest potential. I love watching children learn and being part of that process and treasure being able to see them have their ‘a-ha’ moments.
